Type 8752 - Flow Controller (LFC) / Flow Meter (LFM) for Liquids
Type Description
Type 8752 is a device for controlling the flow of liquids in process engineering. The actual value supplied by the sensor is compared with the specified set-point in the digital control electronics. If a control deviation is detected, a PI control algorithm is used to adjust the control signal sent to the proportional valve. This allows the flow rate to be maintained at a fixed value or tracked to a specified profile, regardless of pressure fluctuations or other changes in the system. A low-friction proportional valve, acting as the actuator, ensures high response sensitivity and good control characteristics of the device.
- Highly dynamic control through rapid flow measurement and a fast actuator
- Suitable for dosing flow rates up to 600 ml/min (36 l/h)
- Suitable for use with media with a viscosity of 0.4 to 4 mPa·s
- Control of outgassing media such as H₂O₂ or methanol is possible
- IP65 protection rating
