Type Description

The holder product range enables the installation of 120 mm analytical probes (pH/redox potential (ORP)/conductivity) or chlorine sensors, etc. on a tank or process pipeline and covers universal applications as well as water treatment, food & beverage and pharmaceutical applications. This product range includes a variety of process connections for general-purpose holders (with or without protective rods), hygienic holders (with or without protective rods or protective tubes), as well as transparent, one-piece holders, known as analysis measurement chambers, which are designed for multiple measurements. Depending on the variant, these analysis measurement chambers can accommodate one or more probes and sensors. Depending on the variant, the holder enables steam sterilisation, autoclaving, CIP, space-saving installation, positioning of the probe in line with the flow of the medium, and installation in vertical pipelines. It can also be equipped with a Pt1000 temperature sensor. The analysis measurement chambers are available for process-specific integration. Thanks to their transparent surface, they allow the liquid flow to be viewed, and ensure optimal measuring conditions. The single-position analysis measurement chamber is designed for use with the Type 8232 chlorine sensor. The analysis measurement chambers with three or four slots enable the simultaneous measurement of several parameters, such as chlorine, temperature, pH value, ORP or conductivity. Two of the slots are permanently reserved for temperature and chlorine sensors, while the remaining slots are intended for additional analytical probes. The three-slot analysis measurement chamber is available in variants for cold or hot water.
