Type 0121 - Direct-acting 2/2 or 3/2-way pivot armature valve
Type Description
The Type 0121 valve is a direct-acting, media separated pivot armature valve. It is available in 3/2-way and 2/2-way variants. The 3/2-way variant can be used as a distribution or mixing valve. A variety of diaphragm materials and circuit functions are available to suit different applications. A range of bodies is available, including stainless steel, PTFE and PVC. The solenoid coils are moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy. Because the coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm, the valve is especially suitable for critical media such as aggressive acids and alkalis. Type 0121 is equipped with manual override for start-up and testing. To reduce energy consumption, all coils are available with electronic power reduction or as a latching version. The switching status can be indicated via position feedback in the form of a binary or NAMUR signal.
