Bürkert Tank Bottom Valves

For applications requiring ultra-pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fluids, Bürkert tank bottom valves provide optimal filling and emptying of vessels with less dead leg. Our tank bottom valve bodies consist of a block with no weld seam, machined out of high quality stainless steel, and allow for the hermetical separation of fluids from the operating mechanism by means of a diaphragm. With full FDA approval, and in most cases 3A certification, our tank bottom valves are perfect for applications requiring the highest sanitary standards.

Bürkert Tank Bottom Valves – Type 2033

Bürkert Tank Bottom Valves – Type 2033

The Bürkert Tank Bottom Valve Type 2033 features two welding bevels to ease the welding and valve positioning operations, as well as high-quality diaphragms that separate hermetically critical fluids from the actuator. The pneumatic actuator can be controlled by pneumatic pilot valves (such as single pilot valves, valve islands and control heads), and control function A is normally closed by spring return.

Bürkert Tank Bottom Valves – Type 2105

Bürkert Tank Bottom Valves – Type 2105

The Type 2105 Tank Bottom Valve is designed for control of ultra-pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fluids. As with the Type 2033, the valve body consists of a block with no weld seam, machined out of high quality stainless steel, as well as welding bevels and high-quality diaphragms. The fully integrated system has a compact and smooth design, integrated pneumatic lines, IP65/67, NEMA Type 4X protection class and superior chemical resistance.

Bürkert Tank Bottom Valves – Type 3235

The Bürkert Tank Bottom Valve Type 3235 enables optimal filling and emptying vessels with less dead leg. Machined out of high quality stainless steel, the valve body consists of a block with no weld seam. Featuring the same high standard features as the Type 2033 and Type 2105 (including welding bevels and diaphragms), this high-quality tank bottom valve’s manual actuator, in PPS or stainless steel, can also be sterilized.

Bürkert Control Unit – Type 8690

Bürkert Pneumatic Control Unit – Type 8690

The pneumatic control unit Type 8690 is designed for decentralised automation of ELEMENT Type pneumatic process valves, such as the Type 2105. The easy to clean housing features proven IP protection and chemically resistant materials. Combined with Bürkert ELEMENT actuators, this unique pilot valve system enables a compressed air recycling process that avoids actuator chamber contamination. The 8690 is available with ATEX EExia approval and the 8691, with ultra-bright LED indication, will shortly be available with I/O link compatibility.
