Bürkert T-Valves
All of our innovative Bürkert T-Valve products featured here comprise of a monoblock valve body, with no weld seams, and are specifically designed for the control of ultra-pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fluids. Our T-valves, or Zero Deadleg T-Valves, can also be supplied with an additional valve seat and outlet for sampling if required.
Bürkert T-Valves – Type 2032
The Bürkert Zero Deadleg T Type Valve system is designed to deliver optimal sampling, draining or diverting of critical process fluids. The Type 2032 is constructed from a monoblock valve body that is machined from a single piece of block material, with no weld seams, and features high-quality diaphragms that separate hermetically critical fluids from the actuator. The pneumatic actuator can be controlled by pneumatic pilot valves (single pilot valves, valve islands and control heads).

Bürkert T-Valves – Type 2104
The Bürkert Zero dead volume T-Valve Type 2104 is optimised for decentralised automation through ELEMENT pneumatic automation units. This fully integrated T Shut Off Valve has a compact and smooth design, integrated pneumatic lines, IP65/67, NEMA Type 4x protection class and superior chemical resistance. Plus, the ELEMENT actuators on the Type 2104 can now be rotated by 180°, for convenient positioning of the cable and pneumatic connections.
Bürkert T-Valves – Type 2732
The Bürkert Zero Deadleg T-Valve system, Type 2732, can be actuated by the 8635 SideControl, SideControls 8792/93 Remote versions or the 8694/8692/8693/8630 TopControl; forming a mechanical and functional unit that offers a complete control valve system. This T Port Valve is therefore highly engineered for the continuous regulation of fluids.

Bürkert Control Unit – Type 8690
The pneumatic control unit Type 8690 is designed for decentralised automation of ELEMENT Type pneumatic process valves, such as the Type 2104. The easy to clean housing features proven IP protection and chemically resistant materials. Combined with Bürkert ELEMENT actuators, this unique pilot valve system enables a compressed air recycling process that avoids actuator chamber contamination. The 8690 is available with ATEX EExia approval and the 8691, with ultra-bright LED indication, will shortly be available with I/O link compatibility.
