Bürkert Team-Building Day 2025
What better way to strengthen bonds, recharge our energy, and celebrate our values than with a day out together? Bürkert’s Team-Building Day 2025 brought us all together for an wonderful experience filled with laughter, fun, and a meaningful focus on sustainability.
Despite a bit of British drizzle, spirits were high as we kicked off the day with a hearty breakfast of locally sourced meat baps. Fuelled and ready, our team dove into a series of exciting activities that included archery, air rifle shooting, gardening, and a variety of team games.
A Theme That Matters: Sustainability
This year’s theme of sustainability wasn’t just a concept — it was thought about for every aspect of the day. We’re proud to say that:
- All meat used for breakfast was sourced from a local supplier; Oink Butchery.
- We partnered with local businesses to run the day’s activities, investing back into the community and showcasing regional talent at The Cotswold Range.
- Lunch was held at The Long Table in Cirencester town centre — a brilliant community hub where meals are offered on a pay-as-you-can basis. This initiative ensures that everyone in the community can access nutritious food, and there’s even an option to pay it forward to help fund someone else's meal.
- Gardening - we sourced the plants and flowers from local gardening centres such as Toomers and Cirencester market which runs on a Friday.
Team-building days like this aren’t just about fun — although there was plenty of that! They're also about taking time out from the daily grind to really spend time with our colleagues and reconnect.
We’re proud of the culture we’re creating here at Bürkert — one that values people and the planet. And days like this remind us just how much we can achieve when we come together.
