1. For existing users :
If you previously used the Bürkert Service Portal (emotion) - you can login with your email address and the password.
2. For new users, existing Bürkert customers :
If you are a customer of Bürkert—but have never used the eShop or the Service Portal (emotion) before—use option 2 to „Create an account“.
3. For new users, new Bürkert customers :
If you are a new customer and you don‘t have a Bürkert customer number (or you don‘t know your Bürkert customer number) - you can use option 3 to „Create an account“.
HINT : Your Bürkert customer number is on your invoice.
If you already have an account and have previously ordered, you are good to go. If you have not bought anything from us before, we will need to open up a trading account and we will contact you directly. We aim to do this within 24 hours on business days.
You now have the option to pay for products by credit card.
